Ebay item 200171208140 two hearing aids $140 S/H $7. Returned defective items Nov 16 2007 against their RMA #9711EM13 which they gave me after repeated Emails. They left derogatory feedback that I was rqstg refund without returning merchandise while I hold returned certfied USPS receipt #7007 0710 0002 0778 2954 signed by their employee that package received by them Dec 05 2007. This BSS false statement reduced my credit rating which has cost me several thousand extra in purchasing a new car. EBay/PayPal/Square Trade/USPS/BBB MD/ all approached and unable to assist. BSS waiting in vain for me to go away. I will not drop this injustice. I want my excellant credit rating restored.
