Bstock Solution Inc Bstock Supply Bait and switch will not protect customers Redwood city California

After numerous attempts to recover funds spent through the Bstock marketplace, I have come to the realization they do not care about the end user. I purchased an auction from their online marketplace, what I received was 95% inaccurrately, basically not what I ordered. The ad. listed one thing, what I received was something different. I opened a dispute only to be told by the manager at the marketplace they would not honor my request. I reported as not as described followed their instructions to the letter only to be told that since it was an unmanifested load. I understand what unmanifested load means, but when you advertise garden tools and deliver dirt as a substitute how is that comparable?, unacceptable.

The whole point of this report is to prevent others from experiencing the horror I endured. 2750$ for the order, 2700$ for delivery, 2000$ disposal, for a total of 7400$, hopefully others will benefit from my mistake. Call it the cost of doing business, but it should not be that risky. I have had some success using their marketplace in the past why they would not work with me with this order is confusing.

Use with extreme caution and if you get ripped off dont say I diddn't warn you.

I operate with the assumption that everyone does business with as much integrity or more than I, huge mistake.
