Hello Dear companies these people are scam,

they will not pay you even if you have zero charge backs and not even respond you on time  , here what happens to me is they paid me one payment  and from that also they have holded 30% payout  and said they will pay that after 6 months i said no problem , then i have continue proc essing  and according to that first paument 6 months  that six month is going end on coming 14th mar 2018, and  till now zero charge backs but as soonas again we processed 5025.00 i asked them  that now my blalnce is morethan 2500 sgd now then why  its not showing in to my pay out scheduled  then they have added and put the payment scheduled on 28 feb 2018. but very next day they have suspended  my account  after seen that i have sent an email to wants to know that why they have  suspended the account  but i have not received any response till 7 days .however when i have frwdd the same email 

merchant@bttpay.com, then after that the complaince team awake and sent me a response that your account has been suspended  because  customers are paying from the same cards morthan on time  but no one educated us that not customers are not suppose to pay again and again from the same card common if customers are getting the invoice to their company emails how can i say that from which card they have to pay  but yes if this bttpay educate us or warn us that we are not able to take morethan one payment from the same card atleast yes we can educate the customer  but with out educating us suspended the account with out any dispute and charge back what we have to understand. 

i have sent an email againt to them now expecting a good result

i have not received any email till the time you are not receiving an email
from my side , for an example when i asked why my account is suspended
then after that only i received an email states that customers are paid
payment from same card more than one time but you did not noticed that i
customer are paid through invoices not through VT services.

2, from my first pay out you people already holded 30% of the payment for
charge backs issues but till today there are not charge backs and i
suppose to get that payment as scheduled on 14th march 2018.

3, this time also there are not charge backs but as soon as i reached more
than 5000 sgd as anew charging you have suspended and till today i have
zero charge backs.

then why you people are doing fraud like this release my payment and
activate my account let me process more.

i need the answer and also please let me know why you people are not
reachable on your customer care numbers.

i have to put this in to the all search engine reviews as i am not able to
see any solution here .

please advise.
