They talk a big game to get you on board an when it’s time to give raises or uphold to there end of the agreement after you have done your part they string you along with excuse after excuse. On top of that they switch the days in the pay period to there advantage so when you decide to leave or get let go they don’t pay you for all the days you worked arguing with you telling you that they paid you in full. They take no pride in the company, employees, the customers, or the jobs. They have no backbone!

They take advantage of there employees an charge all the wawa n cvs accounts they have for work that was never done taking advantage of them also. There nothing but crooks only concerned with how much they can screw everyone out of to put in there pockets.there very unprofessional to say the least. Dont bother calling the office cause the owners wife never answers the phone. The owner makes you feel like your inconveniencing him by asking legitimate questions. By far the worst landscape company I have ever worked for!
