Buchanan County Child Support Office, Buchanan County Prosecutor Office ripoff violated my civil rights and integrity Saint Joseph Missouri

I will start by saying I'm not a runaway father. I just had to leave "crooked woman" my marriage was over and was I, leaving. My ex decided to call Cherokee County, Iowa Police to stop me & my son from a previous relationship from leaving. Well in the state of Iowa if "your partner feels threaten in anyway or trap" and officers has been called to your home and there's no sign of trouble and they (EX's) make that statement you will find yourself having a car ride downtown.

I left Cherokee County with restraining order that all 50 states have to follow against me! Not only that! but, they gave my ex custody of my son from were she's never adopted him or not his legal graudian and pissed my CIVIL RIGHTS, right out the door. The whole time I've lived there I've never been trouble. So, I went back to Saint Joseph, Missouri to look for a lawyer to help find a lawyer in Iowa, so I, could get my son back from crazy people! A few months had past then my ex begs me to try to make it work so, I helped her move down Saint Joseph, Missouri and we rented a place here we'd not been in that place for 2 weeks and, I left again taking my son with me this time. But, this time she waited to called Saint Joseph police and made up a story this time stating that I, had beat her but, had no marks, no bruising, no nothing except healing from her second pregancy to my 3rd child. In her statement the officer asked" her do you need to seek medicial attention she said NO", few hours went by then she decide now is the time go to the hospital, I also got the hospital records too!

Needless to say I was arrested at my job I was embearressed and my job was on the line. Then I, was I, told that I, had to stay for 20hrs, and I would know more in morning I lost 16hrs overtime pay and because of her bullsh*# she doing more to me and there was nothing I could do about it the proof I had was "NO GOOD" and my witness either. Then, I was rearrested for KIDNAPPING and the whole time my lawyer is telling child protection I have proof! she is not the biologic mother and my ex is confusing the court system to work for her. So, I had to hire another lawyer to fight a FELONY CHARGE that's still pending against me. I've been charged with no support even thought our divorce wasn't final I was told by child support office it doesn't matter as long as if there's an order for to pay you will pay. So , I asked in my professional way why do I owe support? I was told because my children were on medicade. Because, of these PEOPLE in cherokee county offices of law & the PEOPLE of buchanan county or the (HELL HOUNDS OF MONEY) this includes SATAN SPAWN my ex I've spent over 35,000.00 from bail, child support lawyer fees in pasted 2 years these people raped, destroyed & ruined me and never kissed me or say I love you in morning.

I divorce now and I'm still going throught this crap!!!!! BETWEEN THESE TO STATES & COUNTY'S THEY'RE THE BIGGEST RIPOFF'S IN THE WORLD!
