I placed an order with Buck A day Pharmacy, I felt comfortable based upon their various assurance claims. 4 weeks later my product still had not arrived. I looked a the website and it stated
"18. What if I have not received my order even after 3 weeks?
At times it can happen, that a few parcels may not make it to their destination on time. It could be due to bad weather, postal delays from the source country or some other uncontrollable factor. In such cases we have an almost perfect solution for you. If you have not received your order in 4 weeks after you placed it, please call our Client Care Specialists and we will arrange to re-ship a new parcel to you, free of charge. Our historical delay ratio since 2005 is less than 0.2% of all orders
".
So I called customer service to ask that my order be re-shipped. They told me their policy instead was to only re-ship after it has been 4 weeks since shipment! I informed them the website clearly stated 4 weeks since the user places their order. I asked for a supervisor and recieved a call back instead from the same representative. At which time she actually tried to sell me another order!
This company is an absolute scam and does not honor their word.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I ignored never rip off reports about this company and placed my order anyways. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
