Purchased a Groupon for cleaning service. I scheduled online for a date a month in advance. 24 hrs prior to the 1st appointment, I received an email stating that they would be unable to provide their services. We rescheduled a time 2 weeks later. For this appointment, nobody showed up. There was no email or call prior to alert me. After the 2nd missed appointment, I became less accommodating so I requested that they come on a Saturday (they work M-F). This time the owners were going to come themselves....I just received an email stating that they cannot come. This company is ran by 2 people who seem totally clueless about customer service. There are plenty of cleaning groupons and I highly recommend spending a few dollars more for people that will actually show up.

Hi, I am sorry for your bad experience,
When I started working for them this seems to be a very common issue with this company. in 2 weeks periods a Friend and I cleaned on average 50 houses in 2 weeks sometimes more, 98 % of those people that we cleaned for requested us back. I think you might have been on the schedule for My friend and I to clean, but since we have not been paid We should have been paid on the 10th and again on the 25th owing us approx $800+ each.
Its crazy becuase I have recnetly reaached out to a few customers (who have become friends) to see if this is something they have heard of before. Then find out that they were told by the Business that we were off, but they would not have anyone else come and clean becuase they reqyested us. Well they had someone else clean, and she knew right away as soon as she got home and texted.
My best adivse would be to get a refund from either groupon out Amazona and spend your money somewhrere else.
I have come to the conclusin that the reason they could not pay us, is becuase they had so many unhappy customers that they were giving away free cleanings, So in turn we go screwed but they got lots of returing customers
Karma with get her revenge, and i will be laughing.
