Budget Cape Canveral added a bogus Port Charge to my rental agreement and changed the location code Port Canveral Florida

I rented a car form Budget under there location code of ZC5 which if you puncn in cape canveral for you rental location automatically puts that in. When I went o pick up the car and they did this same thing to th 2 people in front of me , and by the way have rented here before nad this has never happened they changed the code to CC5 said the other was for locals only . Really . Nothing came up stating that was a local code . So some bogus $9.99 port charge was added to everyones rental . I wasnt charged that for my rental I dropped off there . I got my charged removed when I returned the car to to Orlando airport , the manger there just laughed and said what a BS charge.  Just think of all the hundreds and thousands of people that rental cars in Canveral are being ripped off at $10 per clip .
