Budget Car Rental Bait and switch on vehicle model Internet

I planned to rent a full-sized SUV for a day and Budget had the best price.  What was promised was a "Chevrolet Tahoe or similar". Apparently, Budget believes that a dingy and worn out Dodge Journey is 'similar'.  I do not, and naturally it was too late to do anything about it when I picked the vehicle up.  The cabin of this vehicle is cramped and uncomfortable and is absolutely not on par with a Tahoe.

To add insult to injury, a mileage charge was added which more than doubled the fee.  I do blame myself for not reading the fine print, but they were certainly not forthcoming with regard to any mileage charges.

There are plenty of car rental companies out there.  Avoid this one.
