Budget Rent a Car-Las Vegas Uncustomer Service Las Vegas Nevada

i could not agree more with the post i just read regarding Budget rent a car in Las Vegas at the airport.

In short, we reserved  a car which Budget could not provide.

after assuring us that we would be reimbursed for TAXI's which we now had to take, they made no reimbursemnt.

they claimed that since we never picked up a vehicle, there was nothing to reimburse.

picking up a vehicle was never an option as they had no minivans available. (even though we had a reservation)

we explained that we had to alter our vacation plans and were unable to visit relatives who live outside the Vegas area.

they couldnt have cared less and were very unsympathetic to the situation which they caused

they tried to give us cupons for a future rental!

will never rent from Budget again and will go to the grave telling every living soul i meet, not to patronize this compnay or thier affiliates.
