Budget Right Debt Management, Elimidebt Management Systems elimadebt they are trying to withhold my first payment of $875.00 after I COMPLETED THERE PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY! Internet

I started doing business with this company in June 2004. Then they were called Elimadebt. I made an initial payment of $875.00 to start the program and had to make another payment of the same amount in order for them to start paying my debts off. They told me that once the program was completed successfully I would get my initial deposit back. I paid them $875.00 per month which includes their monthly maintenance fee of $35.00. All told I paid them without EVER missing a payment $48,125.00 which included their fee of $1925.00. ALL MY DEBTS ARE PAID OFF FINALLY! NOW, Budget Right is playing games telling me that they have to review my file. They even sent me a letter on Jan 4,2010 congratulating me on my expected successful completion which happened 12/31 2009. Now they are playing games and are probably trying to keep my initial deposit which they are certainly NOT entitled to since I paid them their maintenance fee every month and nver missed a payment!

Anybody had this problem with this company??
