I just bought a car from Budget Way nearly six weeks ago. Less than 24 hours after I had the vehicle, the transmission started leaking severely and the locks did not work. The dealership did repair this. I put it back in the shop and they did not repair anything. The car has been in the shop for two weeks of the time I have owned it.
Now, the car will not start and the drivers door will not close. I tried to call the dealership and they told me that I was taking advantage of the system. Yes, my car does not work and I am just asking for it to be fixed. Therefore, I want to warn people before they try to get a car from here. Beware or you might end up paying $15,000 for a car that will not even start.

I must report my phenomenal service with the dealership over the last several months. Honestly, I did not have the best logical and rational thought process during the time I wrote my initial post. Frustration and anger took the best of me. However, Budget Way took my vehicle back at an even higher value than blue book placed on the automobile. The company is highly professional and took very good care of me. I should have went straight to upper management in the first place.
I feel obligated to report my utmost and exponential increase in satisfaction when compared with a few months ago. I even bought a car at the same time as I returned this one and was given a substantial discount in the process. Shane and John have been incredibly helpful during this process. They are very eager to help. The warranties and customer service have drastically improved.
My first encounter with Budget Way was two years ago when I bought an SUV. I have never had any problems with the vehicle. Please do not stop shopping at Budget Way because of my inappropriate comment from earlier. I am quite pleased with my three vehicles all from Budget Way. The personnel and organization are trustworthy, caring, professional, polite, and have nothing but the best interest of their consumers at heart.
