BudgetSavers GreatFun I've never been on their site. They said because I ordered from other site, I was automatically added. Internet

I ordered something on the internet. Budget savers stated that because I ordered that I was automatically given a 35.00 dollar credit card too use and added as a member. I had never been to their site till I was looking them up when I found a charge of 29.95 on my bank account. I called them and when they told me I was automatically added, I stated I did not sign up and wanted my money back. They gave me the initial 1.00 dollar charge but so far I have not received the 29.95 yet. I don't understand how a company can just add you. They got my account information from the company I purchased from, so I guess they are working together. Bottom line, I want my money back and people need to keep an eye on their bank account when ordering on the internet. I am now at the point that I will no longer order on line except from Walmart. The rest, I have had issues with and just don't feel safe. 

To the question about the credit card below, I actually used a debit card but will check credit card. Also, I did not give this company my information.
