Buffalo Forklift LLC Lied to and Scammed on hours on Forklift Clarence Internet

I had bought a forklift a few months back, the momonet I got the machine it leaked oil and the exhaust was terrible and caused my company many fines for being hazardous. I had contacted Jas** a slaes rep, i was blown of from the very beggining and ignored. The 60 day warranty he had put in place for me never exsisited.  I had called in my local dealer and had it looked over, we had found out the machine had over 13,000 hours on it. It was sold to me with 2,565 hours as stated on the internet and sales rep.

When i got the machine the meter read 0. The explination I got was it had to be replaced covering up the original hours. Nothing was ever done and im stuck with a machine that was suppose to be re-conditioned "like new" stated by the rep. I get somtehting that is on its last leg. I recommend getting the serial # and doing research and background on the machine before wiring a large sum of money and being stuck with no recourse. I will never get my $25,000 back and also had to buy another piece of equipment.
