Buget Van Lines/Small Moves Vanessa Rubio aka Hannah Peters RUDE MEAN ALFUL ! TOOK MY THINGS AND LOST AND DAMAGED MY THINGS! Saint Petersburg Florida

I was dealing with a moving company that is called small moves. They not only riped me off!

My problem is that they lost and broke my things that were in there care.

Here is what happened to me. I was moving out of my home and I hired them to move me. The men that were at my home seemed very nice and polit to me. I was there when it was loaded. No boxes were left there nuthening was broken! I made a change in plans on where I was going to so I was forced to pay them $400.00 a month for storage and also paid for the move to my new home. I paid that at the time when I was being packed up.

Here comes the issues first the office staff at small moves was rude and just alwful to myself and the company that I had to hire to move me here.(I left the state) Hanna Peters and Vanessa Rubio couldn't of been any more rude and just rotten to myself and the new people that came to bet my things.

So when my things finally got here I had found that alot of my things were and are broken worse than that things that meant alot to me was lost. Some of the things could be replaced but the most important things can not be replaced.

I sold my home then my Son passed away . So I or they lost my albums that my Son was in!

I not only had to deal with him gone but the photo's are all gone! REALLY? I was told by the company that moved me here said that they had emptied my pod and it was all outside. That isn't how it is usellay handled. They should of pulled it out of the pod. (the movers that I hired) So no one but them saw if there was things left in the pod or put else where. They said it had to be broken when they got it. They left or lost my things. No they didn't. small moves was in charge they broke my property and lost the other things.

I would love to see my money back or better yet MY ALBUM'S back! It is like loosing my Son again! I can not replace them he isn't coming back! I really would never refer them to anyone even if I didn't like them at all, They are killing me! They do not care! They ripped me off!
