On Monday the 8th I purchased a new vehicle from this company. On the 9th this delearship contacted me stating that there were issues with the contract and I needed to come back in and resign the paperwork. The deal I worked out was 23,000$ for the vehicle and they would pay off my loan at no cost to me, thats what I signed.
As of today they have yet to cash the check I wrote them or pay off my trade-in. I went to the dealership to discuss this. They told me I had 2 options....sign and new contract that gives me less for my trade-in or give them back the car. They stated that they would report the vehicle stolen if I did not do one or the other. The dealership says the contract they signed means nothing and I better comply with what they are saying.

Since the filing of this report myself and the dealership have come to an agreement that has satisfied both sides. I feel the company acted honorably in fixing the situation and that this deserves to be noted. I would have no issues doing business with this dealership again in the future should I be in the market for another vehicle.
