BusinessMax ripoff Internet

I was online today at vistaprint, ordering brand new business cards for my new business. I have ordered from Vistaprint many times in the pass without a problem. But, today I get the usual upgrade to 500 cards for such and such dollars. Why not right? Well, like a snake in the grass waiting to strike, BusinessMax slithers on the scene! Before I knew it the posion was coursing though my email. 'Dear Cynthia WELCOME you have choosen to try our service free for 30 days......I did not choose any such thing! I am just so angry! How can a company like Vistaprint allow their clients to suffer such BS?
I tried to follow the cancel your subscription sentence they added to the email: "Or you can go to the BusinessMax site and cancel your account......" Note, there was no link to this site and when I tried to find it online it's not BussinessMax.com as you would expect, it's called "BusinessMaxprogram.com" and even once I got there there was no "my account" link at the top of the page, as promised I had to search for 20 mins or so to find a contact us link on another site. I left a raging email and I can only hope that I get a response. I called the 1-888-584-2217 number but they were closed! I just don't think it's right that I should have to do all of this post Vistaprint clean up! Not to mention that Vistaprint charged me twice for those 500 cards, when I only click once for them. Then they had the nerve to send an email sayin that this transaction is non-refundable with no cancellations! By the end of that transaction I had been charged 167.00 and was signed up with the reptiles at BusinessMax, when I had only planned to spend 50.00 and order more in a few months! This will be the very LAST time I use Vistaprint!
