We in the community has been wanting to do something about this guy for the longest . His name is Terry shuf known as pastor Terry. (not even sure if he is really a pastor but that is what he claims) he operates a office in Durham in a tough area he also own a bus and van with bullcity outreach written on it. What he does is excepts donations all in gods name and says he is helping the community trying to help prostitute s and drug dealers on the area. When actually he helps no one. His office is always closed the only time he opens it is to accept an donation or to hold events to raise money for him self. He actually got tax exempt from the irs because he says he is a church which he is not. I found out that he is not even supposed to be open because he did not file form 990 form 990-ex or 990 of for 3 consecutive years. He just bought a brand new jeep and drives it around the poor neighborhood bragging. And he even bragged that he has not worked in 10 years and will laugh in your face.

The location. He is located at is known as the ghetto. The reason he has his office there is to make people think he is helping the community. Everyone in that neighborhood has something bad to say about him and wants him gone. They said he calls the police on innocent people saying they are a prostitute or doing drugs when actually they are not. Last week he called the police on a 12 years old saying she was a prostitutes but ate his words when the police told him she was actually just 12. He feels he can call the police anytime on anyone because his wife works withforensic for the police department. Me and my husband even went and talked to the community he is in to see how they liked him what I heard was incredible. He has one white girl that he sees for sex services . The girl said he treats the black prostitutes bad (which most are black being it is a black neighborhood) and only a few girls there.

The community wants him out so bad they even took the law in there own hands one time and slashed his tires and thru a rock in his window. How I met the guy is different. When I first met him I met him at the Durham court house ( I found out later he was there because someone filed a suit on him) he explained to me that he goes in bad neighborhood s and try to help the people there and I thought that was nice. He always talks about the bible omg every time he says a sentence he has a scripture that follows. So after talking with the guy and him showing me what he does I thought I would give a donation. I have him a 10 thousand dollar donation. A few weeks after that I actually found out I stay down the street from the man. He introduced me to a girl he said he was saving I think her name was Donnie. She was an ex crack head and at the time after she got out of jail she stayed in his house. I ran into her a couple of weeks ago and she says she no lo get communicates with him because while she was living in his house he would force her to have sex with him.

She said he would say this is my roof and as long as you are under it you will do what I say.If not you will go back on the streets and to hell. She said he lo ed telling her she was going to hell! She started tearing up as she told me the story said she got pregnant by him and he paid for the abortion. I asked her what about his wife? And she said his wife knowse nothing. She even said he goes on Facebook and berates him. She tookme to another little girl that backed her story and Donna has been clean for 5 years now and is working 2 jobs. The other white girl had worst to say about him she told me on his website he puts pictures of everyone's mugshot on there and tells all there business. Which is wrong! Why would someone that is supposed to be a pastor and getting donations from the community do that. He talks about who is doing heroin and who has a drinking problem. He even claimed one man came to him stinking and asking for something to eat with his picture. I saw on there that many people have asked for there pictures to come down but he won't do it.

Even some of there family members have asked him to stop talking bad about there loved ones and not everyone in that community is on drugs he even talks bad about the senior citizens there. But how do you stop someone that is not supposed to have a business anyway to stop berating people. What I found out is he thinks the poor people there can't reach out or would not even think to report him. He needs to be reported to irs. And a lot more needs to be done on this wanna be pastor only for the donations. To use the Lord's name for financial gain is bad itself. I need a lot more people to report this guy if something is to be done. I have heard a lot worst and saw a lot worst when I found out he has actually filed warrants on 15 people downtown that can't fight back. He thinks no one in the community is going to say anything while he goes outside of that community and ask for donations and say look what I do! He is an disgusting individual. So after that I confronted him about it. And he got very mad quick he started saying those dumb ni**ers don't no sh**! My mouth dropped!

When I asked him how many other people have he duped? He walked away and raised his middle finger. While he was walking away I told him he needs to give the people there donations back or give it to the community. When I said that he rushed up to me and placed both his hands on my shoulders and started shaking me and with a mean voice he said come and take it botch. And then spit at me. When I got in my car I thought it was over only for him to pass by me and throw coffee(not hot) in the window on me. This man needs to be stopped. I am going to try to find the girls and tell them to make a report on this site because people need to hear about him. He has a brand new yellow keep that he bought all on lies. I have known him for 8 Years never in a million years I thought he would be like this. His name Terry shuff and his wife name is Angie shuff and she is with forensics with Durham police dept. There is a lot more terrible things he has done but it would be to harsh to repeat on this site. People need to start reporting him but where do I start?
