Bulldogg Moving Bulldogg Movers Left damage and destruction in it's wake Tulsa, Oklahoma

Found a door knocker on my front door on 7/20 for Bulldogg Moving, I called and spoke to the owner "Joel" who I explained what we were needing.  We had a bit of a complex move, we sold a house and purchased a house in which both closings would be on the same day, hours apart. I asked Joel what the estimated costs would be and what insurance was available in the event of an accident.  Joel quoted me a 3 hour minimum at $75/hr for a truck that would house up to a 4 bedroom ranch style house worth of possessions.  The insurance he referred to as "scratch and dent" and would cover for any damage during the move to the tune of $0.65/lb. 

I called Joel back on 7/22 and booked his service for 8/21 (Sunday) to load the house we sold, he would then house the truck with our possessions on his property until Monday 8/22 where I would call him after both closings to deliver the merchandise to our new house.  It took Bulldogg 5 hours to load the house and they could not take everything we had, we still had to move items from the house to a neutral location in the interim while the new house was being paid for.  During the packing of the house he forgot to bring dolleys with him and only had 100 blankets to cover my merchandise.  After delivering the merchandise to the new house he made it known that the contract he drew up was at a rate of $95/hr and would need cash immediately upon the delivery. 

I paid him $900 in cash and he immediately left the house without ever offering a walk through of the house and what he delivered.  Upon further inspection after the delivery we found the following items broken and/or damaged - a 5 piece custom built wall unit, an 8' custom wood dining table, a GE Profile refrigerator (purchased 3/2010), an LG Affinity series front load dryer (purchased 3/2010), a NordicTrack elliptical workout machine, and a light wood bedroom set.  I had taken the entire week off from work to be home and oversee the move and get the house together, everyday beginning Tuesday 8/23 we found something new broken/damaged. 

I texted Joel on Friday to make him aware of the damage and his response to me was to "pound sand", all claims need to happen the day of the delivery otherwise I was out of luck.  There was no way to do a claim the day of the delivery since he grabbed his money and bolted like a thief in the night.  His response is deplorable and his actions are unsavory.  Bulldogg Moving is a huge ripoff and the Tulsa community needs to know this to help others stay far away from this vagabond who goes under the premise of mover.  He should advertise his thievery service since that is what they are best suited to do, take your money and run.
