Bulldogtees - Mikal Ashford They took my money, lied about loosing the order, never sent the merchandise Crooksville Ohio

On 1-6-09 I placed an order for two signs with bulldogtees.com. After a long period of time I did not receive my order but noticed that the payment had been taken out of my credit card. I tried to find a contact number but there was none. I sent an email and never received a response, I tried to track the order and was told there was no such order. I contacted Paypal who could not give me their contact number but said they would contact them. No response was received from the company even though Paypal said they contacted them. I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint. The credit card company made contact with the company inquiring about the order. The company state that the order was lost due to a computer change and that they would make the order good. An email from a Mikal Ashford with bulldog tees was sent stating that they apologized for the lost order due to a computer change and that the order plus an additional sign would be sent as a good will gesture and was being mail within a day or two. That was a month ago and I have never received anything from them. I sent another email but the company failed to respond. My credit card company issued a credit but that does not excuse the rip off as I am sure they were able to keep the money sent them by the credit company. With crooks like these it is no wonder our economy is failing.
