Ron Hubbard agreed to find a tenant for my rental unit at a specified rental rate. After he took my money, he told me that I needed to lower the rate. When I refused to do so, he stopped showing up to show the unit to prospective tenants. Instead, he would tell them were the key was located and let him go into the unit by themselves. Eventually I found 2 prospective tenants myself, and when I asked him to meet them, he said that our contract had expired. We had no contract, which was my mistake.
