After reading Bully Dogs web site, I decided to buy the Platinum GT tuner for my 2016 Ram 2500. After installing it we tried to activate several of the features advertised and found none of them worked. I tried to reset the TPMS limits and found it wouldn't work.. Engine cool down time doesn't work. Unable to run fog lights with high beams. The list goes on and on. I called tech support and was told those functions don't work on my Ram. I asked why was it advertised then? He said we are going to take that option out in the future. What about now? His reply,"Sorry". No offer to take the unit back or anything.

I just spent over $500 just to find out it doesn't work. Bully Dog's customer service sucks! Never again.
