I bought three items from these people on Ebay in August of 2018. I'm disabled and on a limited income. I asked if they would "uncheck" the box where ebay checks it to make it immediate payment. The woman pretended she had no idea what I was talking about, yet she's been in business for years. I have all the documentation for the sale. I paid $109.10 for 3 items that cost $72.00. She used a $17.65 Priority Mail box and charged me $39.10. I filed a complaint with Ebay and Pay Pal. I told them she refused to answer me then she said her cat died and her husband was in an accident. The she said I was harassing her. As a final last ditch effort she said there was "handling" charges. $20? OPayPal ruled in her favor 4 times. I sent them documentation. I appealed it 3 times. I called Ebay. I went to the feedback profile and this seller has repeatedly ripped people off for postage among other things but they call them a top rated seller. 

On Facebook they come off as a thriving, honest store. They run a very dark business as does Ebay for allowing these kinds of sellers to make extra money on postage. There is nothing to check a box to complain about postage overcharge, yet when I sell something they warn about overcharging. The $19.45 overcharge, these days is a lot of money for someone like me. 

What this did, and I told the Ebay rep on the phone is made me refuse to deal with sellers who have their items set to immediate payment only. If you have to make that much of an effort to cart things to the post office then there's the option to have them picked up. I refuse to deal with dirtbags whop are enabled by places like Ebay to rip off buyers who trust these kinds of people.
