$10.00 application fee for application forms to apply for diabetic test strips the processing web address is orderprocessing@freemedicine.org

They sent me forms for Roche Diagnostic Patient Assistance Program. Roche had discontiued the program that they had about a year and a half ago.

The diabetic test strips cost about $1.00 each and when I am told to test 4 to 5 times a day that runs into about $150.00 per month.

These low,lifes that take advantage of senior citizens need to be put out of business!
