I Will start with the way I was handled first, I called Burggraf Restoration to see if I could have a small leak in my bathroom fixed, I was coaxed in because they said they would pay my deductible on my insurance.
When they arrived they looked at the damage and decided the keep a dehumidifier over night, they went to retrieve a dehumidifier and used a large unit for a 5x5 bath room, I was informed that they did not have any others on hand so they would use the large one, I was then informed not to worry about it because they would only charge me for the small unit, then I asked the service men if I would have to use my insurance, they said no because the job would cost less
than $200.00. This all happened on a Friday afternoon, so then I asked when they would come pick up the equipment they said it would be Monday before they had a chance to come get the equipment but they informed me that they would
only charge me for the 1 day. Then they just left with no receipt or no explanation on what would be charged or what services were done. no repairs were done and nothing was fixed.

Two weeks later I get a bill from them with a total of $594.30 of charges. I was billed for 3 days of use , even though the
equipment was setting in my garage for 2 days waiting to be picked up. They also charged me an extra $158.92 for bringing the equipment from there truck to the bathroom and plunging it in. Eminently I called and informed them of the
mistake and they said it would be corrected. The following week I got a bill for the same amount, so I called back and I was informed again that It would be corrected. After the 2nd time I didn't revive another bill till a year later.

 Then I called one last time to have it corrected and this time they didn't offer to correct it they offered a 15% discount on incorrect bill. I refused to speak with anyone from there company after this. Around 8 months later They sued me for $877. Having no other choice I was forced to pay them an extra $677 from what the correct amount should have been.
