David Young and his gaggle of super brokers consistently try and steal your buyers and claim to have a plethora of bulk REO sellers at their disposal.
Of course David claims to have REO portfolios in the billions to sell, but first he needs to to agree to the fees up front. He is amateur at best, unprofessional and has yet to close a deal. David Young couldn't close the door behind him, much less a billion dollar transaction.
He's become a master of the BS and talks the good talk and sounds like he is the player he wishes he was. The fact of the matter is, this "super closer" works from his 842 sq ft home in Florida and his only goal is to get your buyer's financial information, then pimp it around the net so he can go fishing for real product with YOUR BUYER'S INFO!
Do not under any circumstances trust this joker broker with any of your client's information, he will waste your time, money and you could lose your buyer!
