Hello, I ordered two tshirts more than 3 weeks ago. One was a custome shirt with lettering on the back. There was no lettering on the back. My order clearly stated that it would be present. I sent the company an email and they responded that their website "clearly stated” the correct way to order and that I did it incorrectly. I am a physician; I can read English quite well and my order receipt shows that I ordered the lettering.

I told them that I wanted to return the entire order snd this is what they said: Hi Fawn, Tim said that you are unhappy with your order and asked me to reach out to you. I’m very sorry you are unhappy, but after looking over your order, I’m not really sure what the problem is. Four days ago you received your shirts just as you ordered them. As a small business that prints all orders on-demand as they are ordered, per our policy, we do not give refunds. However, there are times when a customer is not a good fit for us and we will accept returned shirts and give a refund. I think this may be the case here. If you still would like to return the shirts, please ship them back to us. Once we receive them and they are inspected, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping and a $5.00 per item restocking fee. I have ordered lots of things online in the past but this type of interaction is new for me. I am therefore complaining about it in any official way that I can find. I already filed a report with the BBB. Thanks very much for your time.
