Burstnet Technologies www.burst.net.com VPS service paid for and not received - NO response From Tech Dept. Scranton Pennsylvania

I ordered a VPS for the Los Angeles area and requested 13 additional IP's which when provided were not working. I identified the problem and immediately submitted a ticket and called in for help. The additional IPs were showing up in the VPS control panel but they are not showing up when I use ifconfig in shell. Thus they were unusable. 

I submitted multiple updates to the ticket and daily calls without ANY response from technical support or any attempt to resolve my issue. Each time I called I was assured that my ticket would be given top priority and I would receive a call that never came.

After a week of this I requested a refund only to receive the same lack of attention and follow through. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and will be following up this with complaints on all web hosting forums I frequent.

Avoid ANY service with Burstnet Technologies aka burst.net . Had I looked into them prior to my order I would have run in the opposite direction. Being it was only a $12.95 order I was less concerned at the time but if you are considering these guys for any service you should do all your reserach on them first. They have th absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and their failure to provide what I paid for borders on fraud.
