Consumers Beware!!  This Burton Neil & Associates, P.C. group is nothing more than a low class gang of thieves posing as a law office.  They purrchase known false debts at pennies on the dollar and then use strong arm tactics to intimidate the little guys.  My expereience started with a letter asking for over 3,600 for a medical bill from a doctor I never heard of and never hired.  I disputed the bill and requested copies of any invoices, itemized services, and signed agreements with this doctor.  Once they realised they had nothing...instead of sending any proof, the instead filed a bogus lawsuit which states there was "an Agreement", and that the monies are due. They are using the court system as a way of blindsiding innocent people who owe nothing and have little or no knowledge of how to navigate the legal system.  

Luckily, I am on to them, and will fight back.  I had to fight another unscrupulous firm of Silip and Stylianou in court and won hand down - they also had no proof! Unfortunately these both firms have done this to so very many others and have wage attachements on innocent people who didn't know how to fight their sneaky little games.  If anyone is dealing wth thiem - please contsact a consumer advocate!! Contact the court, and tell them your side.  And most of all - demand proof of the claim.  They know d**n well they have bogus claims and file the unwarrented suits anyway. They need to be stopped.  Good luck to all of their victims!!
