Bush Ross Steve Mezer, charles glausier, joseline hardrick Bilked condominium owners out of legal fees, illegally pursued foreclosures, falsified documents tampa Florida

 This firm and individuals listed, ruthlessly pursued owners with illegal legal actions  and falsified documents in an attempt to forclose on their homes. They filed affadavits that they knew to be falsified. They have perpetrated fraud on the courts. Additionally, while doing so, they continued to bill the owners assoctiations and received payment for filing fees, attorney's time, etc.  that they were not entitled to. Today, one of the owners at Tudor Cay condominium association prevailed against them in court in Tampa. The court not only found in the defendants favor, but also awarded sanctions in the form of attorneys fees and court costs to the homeowner. This tied the homeowner up in court for 3 years.

The victims here are the individual home owners that have had to defend their rights to their homes against this goliath as well as all owners in the association that have been fleeced by this firm for improper fee's.
