I paid Business Credit Services to guide me through the process of establishing credit for my business. Business Credit Services sold me a 1 year contract to establish credit in the name of my business. They told me I would be assigned a coach to help me during the process. I signed up in March 2008 and the only "coaching" I've received was anonymous emails from "credit expeditors" that provided me with a list of creditors to apply to. When I complained I received rude responses from their "coaches". I emailed the founder and have received no response.

BCS only supplies you with a list of creditors you have to apply to yourself. They tell you, for $3,000, they will guide you through the credit building process; create profiles for you with all major business credit bureaus. Dun and Bradstreet will charge you a few hundred dollars to create a profile. The other credit bureaus do not require a fee to create a profile. BCS will tell you they will do all the work but, they basically do nothing.

The bottom line is this company does nothing for your business that you can't do yourself for free or for a small fee. Beware on any company that claims to help your company build credit. You can go online and find many free resources.

Business Credit Services (BCS) Business Credit Services guarantees business credit. Don't pay this company for what you can do yourself. Las Vegas Nevada

I paid Business Credit Services to guide me through the process of establishing credit for my business. Business Credit Services sold me a 1 year contract to establish credit in the name of my business. They told me I would be assigned a coach to help me during the process. If you do choose to do business with this company, pay them up front. They have a really messy billing system. I receive a call from one of their rude representatives each month with a message that my card does not go through. I have had to provide them with the same billing information each month because they pretend that the card will not go through.

BCS only supplies you with a list of creditors you have to apply to yourself. I'm the COO of Business Credit Services. We pride ourselves on our customer's success. We have over 12,000 clients through our system and I can tell you, it works.

This client, chose to finance our services, instead of paying in full. Unfortunately, throughout the last six months (the time he's been enrolled with us), he's failed to make his scheduled payment to us on three occasions. This suspends any work we are doing on his behalf. At one point, he was suspended for more than 75 days. As you can imagine, this significantly slows down a client's progress through our system

This client is also correct you can do this yourself. We even show you the basics at our website. However, it's a time consuming process and many business owners prefer to have us help. We do the vast majority of the work and closely watch the success of each of our clients.

I'm truly sorry this client isn't happy with our services. However, we'll continue to work with them to ensure they achieve the success they need.
