I gathered information to have loan modifications done on two homes. It took almost six months before they we're finally ready to contact my lenders.Then I was told that they had an offer back from my lender. I was excited. They never called back, so I called my lender.They never negotiated anything! I then had less than 24 hours to try and work with my lender to avoid foreclosure. Business dev. Professionals had contracted Marchese Law Offices to do the work.So I called them .Only voicemail.Finally I called Wm. Bradford who made an appointment to find out what had happened.When he arrived at the Law office,they had moved. Things are still up in the air as to the foreclosures. I lost over $4,000, my husbands business and possibly two homes. If you feel a class action suite is in order please contact ripoff reports.
