I signed two contracts with Business Innovations Group LLC of Phoenix, Arizona, on March 20, 2018, for a marketing campaign and other work to be done for my website.  The person I talked to was JD DiMartino.  He charged my credit card $3,500, made payable to Gibson Global Enterprises, a subsidiary of Business Innovations Group.  The second contract was a 90-day guarantee stating that if the work was incomplete or not to my satisfaction, I could request a refund.   I have made many attempts throughout the three months to find out what they had done for my website.  Every time I would talk to someone at the company, they always had an excuse.  I would call again, and they would have some other reason for the delay on getting the campaign started.   I had asked both JD DiMartino and Michael Terry for proof of the work they said their company had done for me.  JD said he would send me a screenshot of the Facebook advertisement that he supposedly started.  Of course, he never sent it to me.   On one occasion, JD started screaming insults at me like "that's why Rebecca won't take your calls, you're a crazy woman."  He said it over and over again. After that call, Michael Terry contacted me.

He said JD had no right to talk to me that way and that he would take over my account.  Michael said there was a glitch on Facebook and that he would let me know what was happening.  Michael never called me back.   I have made numerous email requests and phone calls after June 20, 2018, requesting a refund.  Both my phone calls and my emails have gone unanswered.  I have also left several messages with Gibson Global.  They have never called me back.   To date, I have not received any response to my refund request or my request for an itemized list of what this company has done for the $3,500 that they charged me.   As of July 11, 2018, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company in the hopes that they can help me.   I believe these individuals are scammers.  I just recently found a dummy page on Facebook, for my website.  It had 237 likes.  I knew that amount was incorrect because my original page only has 91 likes.

I want everyone out there to know that they people are scammers, shysters, and con artists.  If they call you, hang up immediately!   Here are the names of everyone I had contact with at Business Innovations Group (aka Business Innovation Group LLC and ConsultBig.com).

The Credit Card Company Ruled in My Favor!

AUTHOR: Donna - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, November 01, 2018

After waiting for over three months, I finally received notice from my credit card company that I had won the dispute against Business Innovations Group!  They have credited my account for the full $3,500.   As I signed onto Ripoff Report's website today, I noticed that another company had filed a complaint against Business Innovations Group, about a month after I submitted my claim.  The description of how JD DiMartino and Michael Terry acted toward this individual sounded eerily familiar.   Websites like ripoffreport.com and the consumer fraud departments of the state governments are essential in protecting people from scammers like Business Innovations Group.   On another note, the complaint that I filed with the State of Arizona is still ongoing.  After how JD DiMartino and Michael Terry treated me, I sincerely hope the state penalizes them for their actions.   To recap, I signed a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee contract, because I did not entirely trust JD DiMartino and his sales speech.  And, if these individuals cannot abide by their own written agreement, they should not be in business.   I believe that if more people come forward about companies like Business Innovations Group, there would be fewer people getting scammed out of their hard earned money.

Cornelius Miller called me on July 18, 2018

AUTHOR: Donna - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, July 19, 2018

Cornelius Miller of Business Innovations Group LLC, Phoenix, Arizona, called me at 12 pm on July 18, 2018.  He said he was sorry for all that was going on with my account, and he wanted to work with me concerning a refund.   Cornelius then proceeded to tell me that I would have to call my credit card company and cancel the dispute process.  He said that if I did not cancel it, he would not give me a refund.   I told him that I had already given his company notice about filing the dispute two weeks earlier.  I asked him why no one had contacted me in that time concerning my refund request.   Cornelius ignored my question and reiterated that I would have to cancel or suspend the dispute process.  He said the credit card company had placed a hold on $3,500 in his account.   I told him "No, I will not cancel the dispute.  I'm going to let the credit card company handle it."   Cornelius then became a little threatening and aggressive.  He stated that he had nothing else to say to me because I was not willing to cancel the dispute.  I asked him again why no one had contacted me two weeks earlier before I filed.   Again, he ignored my question.  He ended the call saying that he would send documentation to the credit card company proving that they had done the work on my account.  He said something like, good luck with getting a refund.  He hung up the phone.   ==============================================================   I would like to note that I have been requesting proof of work done for my website since April 2018.  Three months later, this company still has not provided me with any documentation.
