 It all started with these guys about a year ago. They call and give you the fast talking "tell ya what im gonna do" sales pitch. 

Long story short, the first call we got into an argument about the price of toner cartridges, because what they quoted me was hilariously overpriced.

I let him talk me into an open invoice to "try his out". A few weeks later I get the cartridges, not impressed, decide to just pay the bill and be done with it.

 A few weeks later...They call saying they tried to ship me an mp3 player and it just kept coming back, at this point I am very confused....then this man says he will ship it with the rest of my order. I am very sure I got all of my order, but I think nothing of it and let it come. Another 4 printer cartridges show up, I didn't order them, but I could use them, so I paid for them again.

A few weeks later...Get another call, this time saying they tried to send me a tablet, same story, it kept bouncing back. I remember how this happened before, but now I am amused...wait for it. Mentions the rest of my order is on the way. I explain to him that they did this before and I am certin I did not order anything else. He acts confused and says "ooo yeah see" and begins to explain in very vague terms how thats how they come and was something I agreed to. I hang up.

 A few days later I get another call, explain to the guy I didn't call and I didn't order anything. Man continues to tell me that I agreed to purchase these and nothing can be done. I tell him if you Google your company all that comes up in complains on various sites about scams and shady business like the kind he is trying to pull now. Then he has the nerve to act surprised. He acts like he is going to do me a favor, tells me he will bring the cost down and he will take a loss to ship a few back. I continue to explain to him I still have many more than I will ever need from his previous orders I didn't order. Tells me he will splint the invoice and cut the order in half, shipping two last orders of 3. I don't have time for this, I tell him fine, close me out then, he agrees.

 Guess what? Just now I got a phone call telling me he has been trying to ship me a tablet and it keeps coming back, but he can just include it with my last 4 cartridges. tell him nope, didn't oder any, don't need any, last shipment was definetly my last I made sure of that. Have him tell me that he can cancel one, and send the rest. Tell him that's not gonna do it, I don't need your products. He tells me "ok I hear ya, I will cancel 2 of those and ship the rest" Tell him "No, you aren't listening I do not, have need or want, nor did I order your products. Tells me "O ok, tell ya what, since you sound genuinly surprised by the order I we will put you on call-in orders after this last shipment, so you will have to call for more. Tell him again, no don't ship me anything. Tells me he will call back around November.

 I will now be recording every telephone conversation they have with me, business like this is bullshit, its illegal, and they deserve to be in jail. Get a real job assholes.
