We are offering for a LIMITED time (what is this amount of time?) only the ability to settle these (you mean "this" account?) accounts For (umm... I'm guessing this letter was NOT proof read by a CFO) up to 50% off and depending on the..

Are you kidding me? How stupid do these people think consumers are?
1. Bad grammar
2. No dates listed for charges OR the deadline before they take "FURTHER ACTION!" IF this communication is from a debt collector, what other further actions are they going to take for a $7.45? Hire an assasin?
3. The "bill" looks like a sweepstakes entry.
4. Quit wasting my time before I start charging YOU for wasting it.
