My arrest photo was recently posted online. I have been assured that the charges will be dismissed, and have never been in any type of trouble before. I found my photo, which was taken after spending a long night in jail, posted online.
I went to the website and found that I could either wait until the charges were dropped, or pay $68 to have the listing removed within 10 days, or even better, pay $108 to have the listing removed within 1-2 days. The agreement stated that the Busted website would also remove all associated listings.
While the original website listing has been removed from my google search, the mugshotsonline.com listing has now been moved to the top of my name search. While it does not have a photo associated with it, this is definitely not what their agreement clearly stated. I have sent an email and called their office, but nothing has happened as of yet.
I dont see how this is legal in the first place. How can a group of men so brazenly profit from this endeavor? After research, I find that the three men associated with the business are:
Has anyone found a legal way to deal with these dishonest people? Ive read several listings concerning a class action suit and would be very interested in learning more about the possibilities and will be speaking with my attorney later this week to investigate filing a suit on my own. Any and all information will be appreciated!

Do you have evidence other than this USPTO tradmark assignment to link Joseph Centrich to the mug websites? If he is working for them in an operational capacity he will be BUSTED! with misusing public information.
b) A public servant commits an offense if with intent to obtain a benefit or with intent to harm or defraud another, he discloses or uses information for a nongovernmental purpose that:(1) he has access to by means of his office or employment; and(2) has not been made public.
(c) A person commits an offense if, with intent to obtain a benefit or with intent to harm or defraud another, he solicits or receives from a public servant information that:(1) the public servant has access to by means of his office or employment; and(2) has not been made public.(d) In this section, "information that has not been made public" means any information to which the public does not generally have access, and that is prohibited from disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code.
I spoke with Prall's former lawyer, who described that they had a falling out and he seemed a little embarrased to be associated with all this mugshot sleaze. He came off as a decent enough west-Texas, Lubbock lawyer-type. He said "As a young lawyer starting out I was just looking for clients who paid their bills, as are all young lawyers starting out."
The lawyers who are propping this up need to be accountable and they are more vulnerable to penalities of law that emphasize ethical conduct as they are accredited by a state board. Please provide any info you can about Centrich's role. Contact the guy on this ripoffreport about lawsuit details- he is for real. Also, sign this petition
