Busy Bee Movers I worked 20.5 hrs in 2 days and didnt get paid Indianapolis, Indiana

I worked for this guy then quite because he was letting my helpers do drugs on my truck, I would tell him it needed to stop ,he would say whatever so i stopped working for him. Then I had a job driving for an outfit who laid me off for the winter, so with 5 kids to support I called to see if he had any work for the winter, he called me back about a week later and wanted to use me, he called on Fri. I started on Sat. and then on Mon. I was supposed to get paid on Tue. but he wouldn't pay me. I put in 20.5 hours in those 2 days I worked for him. I called and text him all the time, he will not answer my calls or respond to my text. Its sad someone works their butt off for this guy and he wont even pay you, I have also been told by other people he has done this 2 several of his employees but everyone just writes it off. I was due 2 get paid back in the middle of Oct.
