Butcher's Best, Robert Perry SCAM rip off Portsmouth Virginia

When my husband and I moved to Portsmouth Virginia we were both new to the military and the area.  We had only lived in our apartment for a few weeks when a sales man by the name of Robert Perry showed up to our door around 8 at night. He threw us this pitch about him getting ready to head back to the office but he had leftover cases of meat he needed to sell.  

He went on about how he needed to sell these last few before the night was over so he didn't have to unload the when he got back.  He said since we were both military he could give us a really good deal.  And we fell hard, the product was great as was the price, he said he would be back out in a month or so with new products if we wanted to buy a second time.  We agreed.

When he returned about 2 months later he brought a brochure with him and gave us an offer or buying 6 cases of meat and receiving a free deep freezer for only....$1600... On the fly it sounded like a really good deal... we received our freezer and 3 cases of meat but when we tried to contact him About our second delivery we never got through, he had provided his personal phone number, a second office number and the corporate number, all of which just ring and ring and ring with no voice mail no answering machine and no answer.  We never received the rest of our product nor a refund.  We are still trying to contact them, very tempted to just drive to the corporate office and confront them personally.
