Butterflydownloadnetwork BUTTERFLY NETWORK ARE BIGTIME SCAMMERS! ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY! Montreal Quebec

On december 27th I have purchased a membership at butterdownload network with the hope to find movies that i can't download on other free programs like LimeWire. So i thought that i am making a good deal as the butterflynetwork said they all had millions of movies you can download directly from their site! So i said WoW, ok no more links no more software downloads, etc. BUT NO, i was terribly wrong!

Once you have an account, and you enter the site, they just redirect you to links on the internet from where you can download movies!

They redirected me to LimeWire! The program i had before and that was FREE! I couldn't believe it! They no not have ANY movies on their web ! All they do is give you a list of places you can download for free!
And in order to download or to read the movies they make you download a whole bunch of softwares that not only bug your computer but also takes space on your hard drive!

What a real disappointed and how frustrated i am!
I called the mastercard service and they told me that i might be able to contest it in a couple of days. They call it a charge back.

Also it said on their web site 30 days money back guaranteed if you ain't satisfied! Well BULLSH**! I have contacted them and told them i want to cancel the transaction. The replied to me but sending me some information on how to operate on their web site.

Here is what i wrote to them:
"Hello! This is very important
I am a costumer of butterfly, I have just joined today dec 27, and i want to cancel my purchase. It says 30 days guaranteed satisfaction. Please take me off and give me my money back. Or just cancel the transaction. I will go to the bank and do it myself if you dont cancel it. I am really disapointed as i thought that all the movies where on the web site but No, I am always redirected to many many links and i dont have the time or the patience to downlaod a whole bunch of softwares and stuff like that. So please cancel it as soon as possible. and Give me my money back prompto. I will go to the back today if i dont hear from you. I have 30 days guarantee so if i dont see my purshase canceld and my money back i will get a lawyer. Please if you dont want no scuffle answer my demand as soon as possible.

Here is step by step instructions how to download the programs and movies using Bittiorent software.

1. After you sign in to member section go to "Tv Shows" scroll down a little and you will see 3 links for a software donwloand - Bittorent
2. Choose you Operating System - windows, mac or linux
3. Lets say you choose Windows. It will start downloading and will be save on your desktop
4. Run the program.
5. This program will be running in the background of your system.
6. Go back to Tv Show section and on the right and left hand columns you will see links, for movies, music, tv shows etc.
7. Click on it and it will take you to various sites.
8. Search for your desired movies. After it is located you can click on it and it the program that you have installed will pop up and will start downloading your movie.
