Tried to order 1 set of wallets (2) and somehow navigating thru all the Let me sell you this and that screens I mistakenly ordered 2 more sets that I did not want. There was NO order confirmation screen where one has the ability to modify/edit or cancel the order. Furthermore, I had no idea what the shipping costs would add up to until I ordered. AND LO and Behold, 6 wallets cost 47.00 in shipping cost! I fell out of my seat and immediately called their number only to get recorded message that order was not processed. This was Sunday, 12/13/09. On Monday, 12/14, I called when they opened at 8:30am EST and spoke to a CSR who immediately told me they cant cancel order. Eventhough, the order was not in the automated system minutes before calling them. I asked the CSR, you mean to tell me you cant cancel my order and she said no, eventhough it supposedly had not been processed or was in the process of being filled. What Hogwash. Decided to call back and got another CSR who was more helpful than the first. Instead of being charged 73.55, I now only pay 25.85 for same number of wallets (6). I will never buy anything over the net again!!! Last rip I got was the Teethwhiting Ripoff firm.   Throw the looneytunes in jail and throw away the key.
