Buy it forward Brian Baldwin Total fraud, crook, should be in jail Lakeviile Minnesota

Brian Baldwin started a company called Bright Dominion. He totally ripped off his business partner of cash. He then stole over 1 million dollars from my company with fraudulent bank instruments. We sued him and he agreed to a settlement then went immediately out of business. After he personally spent most of our money.

He then formed a company called Semita Partners where he ripped off another partner and foldered that company. But not until he stole company from another company called Lazy Duece Capital.

Brian Baldwin represented himself as a licensed stock broker. He was in fact fired from his brokerage firm for alcohol and drug abuse (Matter of public record). He represented that he has a Econ degree from the University of Minnesota. Public record again shows he did not graduate.

He has been sued multiple times for fraud both in Bright Dominion and Lazy Duece Capital where he was in charge.

Hennepin County Minnesota shows multiple judgements against Brian Baldwin of Lakeville Minnesota where he lives with his parents.

Baldwin is now at another financial company. Don't do business with this man he is a total fraud who can not be trusted. If you want to be lied to and have everything you own disappear make friends with this clown. He will steal everything and then lie directly to you.

Call any of his former partners they are easy to find they have all been ripped off and wish they never met this sorry excuse for a human being. He lacks integrity, respect and basic human decency.
