Buy low auctions advertises that all items can be won for less than 20 dollars.  What they don't tell you is that it could cost you well over the price of the item you are bidding on to win it, and then you have to pay $19.99 plus s+h to get the item.

  They say that each bid ups the price by a penny, but really each bid costs 50 cents to a dollar. When I complained that there was no real way to win an item with out spending more than the item is actually worth, they said it was like playing the lottery. That people have won it with only 1 bid or only ten bids, but it had to have been for something nobody else wanted.

  Every time I tried to bid on anything, I was never the winning bidder. The only way you can ever get anything is by being licky enough to be the last to bid on something.
