The buy low auctions is a scam outfit they say it a trial offer 4.95 membership then 3 days later they hit you for 49.82. After talking with them and the supervisors they will not give you your money back. The membership deal is hid in the so called terms and conditions. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST. They will take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return. BEWARE OF BUY LOW AUCTIONS.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Not a scam from consumer.

When you sign up for your trial offer of $4.95 they send you an email confirmation with a password you will need to enter auction.

READ the entire email.  It very clearly states that after the trial period (time and time zone were given) you will be charged for a monthly membership of $49.82.  It clearly states the phone number (2x) to call to cancel.  It clearly states to call within three days by 'time, timezone' and do NOT call on day you enrolled.

In my opinion it is not a scam. The rules are clearly defined.  And the confirmation email is very clear and was delivered timely (within 5 minutes of signing up).
