I attempted to purchase Microsoft Home and Office 2010 from softwareany.com on January 15th. It is now February 5th and I have yet to receive a product. When trying to call the contact phone number, it responds as "not a working number." I also e-mailed the listed e-mail and have yet to hear back. I have tried to contact PayPal to receive a refund, but have not been successful. Do not buy from this website and lose your money like I did.
