Never get to buy anything from this company through the sales representative named APRIL. I placed an order to buy a Lightning Bug on December 16, 2012. She took all my information and promised to send me the invoice through an e-mail. NEVER HAPPENED. Monday I called, she told me she was on her way to send me the Invoice because maybe the automatic system failed to generate the invoice. I waited the whole day, NOTHINHG. Next day, Tuesday, I called and asked her to send me the Invoice, same answer as the day before. Finally, December 19, 2012, (5 days to Christmas), I talked to a male representative and asked to talk to April. He told me she was going to call me back in an hour. Waited two hours she never called. Finally, I called back, and talked to April, just to find out that "because of the hardship to sent the go kart to California, she cancelled the order and very nicely "she apologized". She waited 3 days, to let me know that I will not be getting my order.
Do not place any order through APRIL, she is not responsible and does not have customer services skills.  How come she needed 3 days to find out that the order was not going to be shipped to CA?
Is this the first time they sent anything to CA? Now my kid will not get his present for Christmas, THANK YOU APRIL, thank you very much!!!!
