Bought antivirus program from them online at a cost of $16.95. It took approx. 3 weeks to get them to send the link to download the program. They have no customer service service on the weekends.

When I finally did download the antivirus program, I became aware the coverage would only be for 1 months after which time another purchase would have to be made for additional coverage.

In trying to save a few dollars, it turns out to be costlier since I have to buy another antivirus program directly from Norton or the like for approx. $30 - $40 which would provide coverage for 1 year. Easy to figure out that $16.95 is hardly a deal for a 1-month coverage!

These folks are rip off artists. Do not buy from them!
