Do not give this company your money. The leads provided had bad phone numbers and bad emails. I paid this company $650.00 and there is nothing to show for it. When I contacted them they were unwilling to refund any of the fees I paid even though I was able to prove that I was provided bogus leads with bad phone numbers and emails. They need the money more than a good repuation. I was very disappointed. I will be sharing this information with my fellow realtors through the various social media forums for realtors. Ican provide proof of the bad emails and phone numbers. This company is a fraud!!!! I wish I had done more research. Now onto calling the BBB to file a complaint with them as well.

This last rebuttal is hilarious!!!!! I absolutely never cussed at your CS manager. I used very descriptive words about your bogus, false, made up leads. I love how you enjoy blowing it soooo out of proportion which is exactly what your company does!!!! They sell you on great leads which turn out to be bogus, bad, deceptive leads. That is why I requested a refund. I spent time emailing and calling leads that aren't real, most agents would expect a refund. Your company says pay us for leads and then send us a bunch of bad leads and steal our money.

I am not okay with that. I didn't get what I paid for and wanted (and still want) my money back. Your company is a scam and I have paid the consequences for falling for it. Lesson learned!!!! By the way I am not the only person complaining. There are scam forums on linked in and Facebook. You are in the same category as bankersreo which is one of the worst so have fun trying to argue with other agents that feel the same way I do. I will continue to spread the word about your horrible company!!!! If you had done whats right, I wouldn't need to. Too bad your too greedy!!!!

Tiffany **** called in to cancel the service 11 days after she got renewed for her 2nd month online. She called in wishing to cancel the service and ask for a refund for her second months charge, we do not issue refunds in the middle of a billing cycle which it clearly states in your receipt. We let you know that your account would continue to run until the end of the 30 days and we would do everything we could to get you better leads and hopefully convince you to remain online if we got you some better traffic, this was not acceptable to you, you wanted a refund.

Which I'm sorry we don't do that, the money for marketing for the new month has already been spent. At that time, you continued to yell,scream, and cuss out my customer service manager. He continued to say I apologize over and over again as you continued to cuss him out. I have the entire conversation recorded if anyone would like to hear it. At that time there was no calming you down so I the owner got on the phone to try and speak with you about the situation and you continued to cuss me out and then hung up on me. I am very sorry for the bad leads you got and if you would of gave us a chance we would of got you better leads and gave you free time on the site like we offered.

Just because we wouldn't give you a refund you didn't want to hear anything else. Fact is we have 2k plus clients online who are happy with the service some months are better than others with the advertising and this is why we offered you some free time that you weren't willing to take. if you would like to get good leads, and not waste your money your more than welcome to call me to discuss as I tried to talk to you that day but you would not let me. Why I cancelled

I didn't keep my identity hidden My email is posted. My name is Tiffany **** and I am a Realtor in both California and Arizona. I wanted to give Homebuyersite.com and opportunity to work. However what I found was that the leads I was given either had an incorrect email or phone number. The few times the phone number was right when I called the potential buyer that I contacted said that I was given old information and one had already purchase a home 6 months ago. So that is when I got irritated. I sent about six bad email addresses back to the customer service at homebuyersite to show them they were bad leads and they NEVER responded. That is when I called to cancel. I don't want to pay $250.00 a month for a bunch of bad or bogus leads and then try to resolve it and be IGNORED. If I calculate the time waisted it is hundreds of dollars of wasted time as I am a producing agents and my time could of been better spent on my clients and my other lead sources. I called customer service to try to find out why no one responded and I got such attitude that I decided I no longer wanted to waste any more time calling on their bad leads and wanted a refund and I was told they wouldn't budge. They are not a reputable company in my eyes.

Buyerhomesite.com is an online marketing and lead generation company. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to generate traffic to our website. When buyers come onto the website we allow them to view every property in the nation for free without any obligations to pay fees or fill anything out. Only people that are serious are supposed to submit our pre qualification form and that gets sent out to agents and loan officers exclusively. Sometime people will play games and fill our forms on the internet everyone who works internet leads understands that. If someone is not happy with my service they are more than welcome to call me and we always try to work something out with them and give them from free time on the site to get them more leads and get people they can work with. We offer a 90 day Guarantee, if you don't close a deal in 90 days we leave you online for free until you do, so it's a win win for you and you can't lose money. After 60 days he cancelled and wanted a refund, I'm sorry but that's not how we operate. So for him to hide his identity and then say are company is a fraud is just completely unnecessary. Our reputation has nothing to do with our company needing money, we are not going to refund someone after being online for 60 days and saying the leads didn't work. If that's the case and the leads were that bad he could of cancelled after his initial month online. We are a month to month service with no contracts at all. We only ask for 72hrs notice to cancel, he obviously didn't cancel the first month because he saw some value in the leads, but yet after month 2 wants a refund, and since we didn't he is going to bad mouth our company now. If anyone has a problem with our company they can call me anytime. We do everything we can to make our customers happy, but reality is you can't make everyone happy all the time
