Buyer's Reward, Nationwide, USA - watch out for this scam!

I was charged $79.95 for a membership I did not order. They picked up my check card number while I was on Priceline, I think. I know I did not order their service because I moved in September and they had my new address, and there is no way I would have ordered this recently and not known about it.

My bank charged me $30.00 for the overdraft, and I called the number below - they said I will be reimbursed in One or Two Billing Cycles - that's December or January!! Meanwhile, my account is overdrawn, and I have checks out, that will bounce at $30.00 a shot. It's Wells Fargo, and they will most likely close my account.
Companies like this that charge fees and provide NO SERVICE should be put out of business!!
