Buyers Union ripoff Orange County California

On may 27 05 i was a victim of a scandalous scam. I was promise to recieve 200 dollars worth of coupons to use at walmart for they 25TH anniversary, 200 dollars worth of coupons to use at any local restaurant, a calling card and 4 movies pass for the processing fee of $3.95.i didn't get anything but only a subscription to the movie program. my account was withdrawed 119.90 and some other charges.

i called union buyers and they sent me a refund form,i also disputed these charges with my bank;the bank sent me a letter stating that everything was authorized and i didn't.since then several withdrawal attempts were made on my account,$149 for the movie pass,but my account didn't have enough sufficient fund. at this time i get a direct deposit from my job and i don't know what to do to stop them,and i'm scared of any other new attempt please help me. ps union buyers are lyers, they will tell you anything, i have called them over 5 times, different stories all the time.
