This business states on their website that an increase in video views will begin within 6 hours. It's been 8 days and no increase in video views. This is false advertising. This business continues to claim that video views will start to appear any day now but none have. This business then falsely claimed that they were delivering me views and
when I called him a liar on it. He then said, "Oppss... wrong video."
Again, more lies and deception. None of my videos have gotten any increase in views from this service.
When I demanded a refund, this business set some arbitrary time in the future to see if I get more views, then he'll think about it. Again, this is against the marketing on this merchants website. This merchant advertised quick video views
that will start within 6 hours of placing my order. It's been 8 days and still no increase in video views.
This merchant has not delivered what he promised with the marketing on his website. This merchant has not delivered anything to me and has wasted my time.
Now I'm wondering if he really is delivering "Real Video Views" or if this is some kind of proxy scam he's doing to get more views to show up on YouTube videos. Has YouTube blocked this guy from creating false video views and that's why he can't deliver? He claims on his website that his is the only one that delivers "real human views" at http://buyingrealyoutubeviews.com/

ooh now we know the exact client who filed this complain, you ordered 2000 views and we started working on your order after xmas however you had already filed a complain with paypal, and then you escalated it to a claim and you were not responding to our mails therefore we have we have decided to refund you. To confirm we are the one who have refunded you just chech the note attached to the refund, we had only one complain from all our client and since over in 0ver 7 days you have not replied to our mails, we have decided to refund you.

Happy new year, I see you filled this complain yesterday, 31 dec 2011. Due to the festive season an error could have happened since we had less staff. I wish you first talked to us before filling this report, at least you could be saying we failed to deliver even after inquiring what was happening. And more so you could also be saying we failed to refund. Kindly don't rush to complain before trying to solve a dispute with out internal mechanism if at all you are our genuine customer. out track record speaks for its self, just search for our company http://buyingrealyoutubeviews.com/ in YouTube and see we deliver real views otherwise kindly get back to us we can still solve this if its a genuine complain
